Online training - Every field employee has access to our learning platform and the thousands of classes included in it. Content areas are comprised of construction-specific training from University-caliber instructors, Leadership and Management, Project Management and Operations, Personal Development and many more. Depending on their role, a prescribed learning module is assigned to help with their advancement, leading to skills for potential promotion. Additionally, their managers may suggest situation specific training unique to their job site, or personalities present.
In-person training - PROSPECT hosts annual leadership training summits for office and executive staff. These training events cover topics such as: budgeting, buyout, contract negotiations, client relationship management, conflict resolution, personality assessment, group dynamics, inspirational leadership, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, our senior field personnel offer on-the-job mentoring covering topics such as: windows and doors, roofing, structural wood framing, foundations, slabs, and footers, finishes, OSHA regulations, weekly “toolbox” safety talks, and much more. We collaborate with industry leaders to provide training and to overcome critical path obstacles. One such collaboration is our rollout of the RedTeam project management software suite. New hires are taught how to make full use of the software to streamline field operations for all subcontractors and vendors.
